Silverback (founded in 1982) is a very unique Limited Liability Company that operates as a partnership with three levels of partner memberships; 1) General Partners are general managers of the LLC, 2) Senior Partners are regional and/or vertical market managers, and 3) Executive Partners are territorial and/or vertical market representatives. All are highly experienced entrepreneurial professionals having masterful credentials, contacts, and respect in a large variety of markets and industries. In addition, our partners are strategically located throughout the North American Continent, operate out of their own chosen environment, and earn equity in Silverback.

To accommodate the Partners we serve, we are building a National, International, and Regional Sales and Sales Management Organization that provides Partnership Opportunities for Executive "C" Level Manufacturers' and Business Services Representatives to market the products and services that are outsourced or contracted to SMS, LLC for distribution. Silverback's goal regarding this portion of our mission is to provide a comfortable income to a minimum of 200 families by the end of 2010.

To accommodate the Manufacturers and Business Services Providers that we serve, Silverback provides innovative National, International, and Regional Sales, Sales Management, and OutSourcing Solutions. We use state-of-the-art technology, laced with good old fashioned roll your sleeves up hard work to achieve this portion of our mission and our goal is to perform our contractual agreements to the degree that those we serve think of us as vital contributing Partners.
