Silverback offers several tiers of collaboration.
When outsourcing or sub-contracting your growth project to Silverback you remain in control in the same way a General Contractor would; Silverback submits a comprehensive plan for your approval. Upon approval Silverback begins the execution, resource acquisition, tracking, and corrective action process of the plan until high quality satisfaction is achieved. The only thing you need to supply is “Your Approval”.
When Silverback consults you through your growth project’s process (e.g. comprehensive planning, plan execution, tracking, and corrective actions) you provide the man power and Silverback provides a “Vendor Member” consultant to give “Hands-On” and/or “GoToMeeting” as needed assistance until high quality satisfaction is achieved.
When Silverback coaches you through your growth project’s process (e.g. comprehensive planning, plan execution, tracking, and corrective actions) you provide the man power and Silverback provides a “Vendor Member” to Coach your team leader as needed via “GoToMeeting” until high quality satisfaction is achieved.

Membership Benefits Chart
Silver Members are Buyers or Consumers.
The Silverback Alliance is run for the benefit of all its members starting with the Silver Members. After paying expenses, Silverback’s annual surplus is divided and paid to Silver members in proportion to their capital contributions made through their purchases. The amount applied to the consumer member’s capital contribution account will be the amount of profit earned by the Alliance from the member’s purchases. The more you spend in the Alliance, the greater your share of the surplus. The money you receive is your dividend. Silver Members are able to purchase services at a significant discount.
Gold Members are Vendors and/or Sales Contractors:
Gold Members provide Multimedia and Business Products and Services for sale to both the membership and non-members. A separate distribution agreement and/or an Independent contractor’s agreement will be attached outlining the details that are not addressed in the Operating Agreement.
After paying expenses, Silverback’s annual surplus is divided and paid to Gold members in proportion to their capital contributions in the form of purchases and sold goods and services. The amount applied to the Gold Member’s capital contribution account will be the amount of profit earned by the Alliance from the member’s purchases and sold goods and services. The money received is your dividend. Gold Members may advance on to a Platinum Member after they have met the Platinum Member’s qualifications and recognition of the Board of Directors. Platinum Members are Operational and Field Managers
Platinum Members must have a vested interest in the alliance (the vested interest may consist of monetary and/or sweat equity), are appointed by the Board of Directors, and are approved by the majority vote of qualified voting members. They work full time for the benefit of the membership and earn a percentage of the income generated by the projects and/or people they manage.

Board Members are Directors or Governors.
Board Members must have a vested interest in the alliance (the vested interest may consist of monetary and/or sweat equity), are appointed by the Board of Directors, and are approved by the majority vote of qualified voting members. They work full time for the benefit of the membership and earn a percentage of the income generated by the by the alliance.
Board members have three primary responsibilities:
1. To act as trustees on behalf of the members by establishing systematic linkages with members. This includes ensuring that there are mechanisms for member input, by carefully monitoring the Alliance's financial status, by ensuring that the Alliance follows its operating agreement, policies, and appropriate regulations, and by making regular reports to members.
2. To ensure sound management of the Alliance by hiring and monitoring the Alliance's management (if applicable). Boards establish policies for management then review management reports and monitor key indicators (such as financial documents), and evaluate management performance in achieving the established goals.
3. To plan for the Alliance's future by establishing long-range goals and participating in strategic planning, by approving yearly and long-range plans, and by establishing performance goals. To work effectively the Alliance’s roles and responsibilities for its three primary players—the board, the members and management—must be clear. It is particularly important that the Board and members recognize the expertise of the manager and respect his/her duty to run the day to day operations of the program.
Charter Members are founding members of the alliance.
Charter Members are selected for their exemplary services performed for the benefit of the entire alliance’s membership by the Board of Directors and approved by the majority of eligible voting members. Charter Members are charged with the creation, development, operation, management and growth of the Silverback Management Services, LLC and will act as its Board of Directors for the first three years of operation. After which the Charter Members will appoint seven qualified members to establish the first majority member voted Board of Directors.
In addition the Charter Members shall also serve as Advisers to the Board of Directors and will serve as arbitrators in the event of disputes among the membership. The Charter Members are subject to all other terms and conditions dictated by the Operating Agreement.
Charter Members shall have life time voting rights unless otherwise revoked by breach of the Operating Agreement or voted out unanimously by the Advisory Board and/or the Board of Directors.
